Who are you?
My name is Anjali Kukreti. I have been Working in the executive search industry for the last 12 years. Previously, I was working with international call centres (Like Teleperformance & Minerva Telelink) and handled inbound processes.
What do you do?
I am currently managing a team of researchers in India. We work on many recruiting projects like Executive ID, talent Mapping, Proactive BD projects across APAC. We are specialized in Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs Function but not limited to it.
What makes you most happy/proud@SEARCH SIMPLE?
I am happy to work here as it gives me an opportunity to work in the comfort of my home with flexi timings. We have a great team and transparent policies. I get to work on multiple projects with good exposure to all countries in APAC. Growing with the company is also an opportunity for all of us in the team.

Who are you?
Rakhi Sharma has more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Customer service, and education. She was also a Montessori Teacher at Crayons Montessori School focused on Activity-based early education for the age group or 3-6 years child.
What do you do?
She joined Search Simple LLC over four years ago and specializes in Project Research, Community Engagement, and Outreach.

The happiest thing, I enjoyed working in SearchSimple is connecting with people of a different region, knowing their culture and social attributes and of course, the work culture of Search Simple, which is very transparent.

Who are you?
Megha Parekh have been working with the Executive Research Industry for over 10 years now. I have also worked with various MNC's like IBM, Hewitt , Heidrick & Struggle's in the past taking care of various inbound processes.
What do you do?
I live in Mumbai and currently I am a part of SEARCH SIMPLE team looking after executive research in the APAC region. We look for senior level and executive talent for various business sectors.I majorly interact with the executives and help them know about any new opportunities that they might be interested in and henceforth, communicate and walk with them to understand the next steps further.
What makes you happy/proud @ Search Simple?
I love the flexibility & transparency of work. Our team members are situated in different locations but still it feels like we are all operating under one roof. We as a team work closely with each others strengths and help overcome our weaknesses and strive to deliver the best for our business, clients and the talents too.

Kotomi is an executive search consultant. She has the experience of collecting, organizing and analyzing a wide variety of information on the economy and society in Kyushu,Japan.She has been proposing policies and strategies accordingly for a decade. She was in the EdTech industry.In addition, She is a mother of two children. She likes playing baseball and golf with her children.

She has just started working at Search Simple LLC. She specializes in Project Research, business development and communicating with our clients and candidates.

Who are you?
Dee Pamei is a research professional with more than 12 years of work experience in research and consulting including 8 years in an executive search firm. She has also worked with Heidrick & Struggles for more than 6 years. She is a mother of two children and enjoys her vacation time in the mountains.
What do you do?
She joined Search Simple LLC almost a year ago and specializes in Sourcing Candidates, Industry classification and Outreach.
What makes you most happy/proud@SEARCH SIMPLE?
What makes me proud to be part of Search Simple is the simple fact that I am being recognized for my work, transparency in the team and with the management and lastly the flexibility of the work timing.

Who are you?
Nav is our "performance" cheerleader who helps us stay focused on our financial goals. He has worked as a finance and planning support for companies like P&G, Walmart and Maple Leafs. Since joining SRCH.SMPL in 2016 as part time and remote finance officer, he has helped us grow our margins faster than our sales. Nav has a Bachelors in Anthropology from York University in Toronto, and Masters in Business from Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
What do you do?
Nav leads our planning and performance evaluation vertical. He provides support in AR, capital planning and ad hoc projects.
What do you enjoy most or makes you most proud working with SRCH.SMPL?
I love SRCH.SMPL because of the simplicity of its objective, the mastery of the core team to execute the plan and the brand equity that is being rapidly built with every successful placement. When it comes to startup culture and a sustainable growth SRCH.SMPL is what good looks like.ᐧ
